This is Todaylist.
Todaylist is a day planner with a focus on today.
One todaylist per day with only tasks that are important for today.
Consciously written down, with pen on paper.
Always visible at your workplace.
What you have to do tomorrow, this week or ever is not important today.
Keep it simple, keep focus. That way you get more done.

An endless to-do list…
Is it also your biggest challenge to determine what you are going to do today every day? and to stick to it?
Do you also have an endless to-do list that is far too long? And do you lose track of things in online systems because there is too much in it?
It can be done differently.

The power of simplicity.
One todaylist per day with only the tasks for one day. Consciously written down, with pen on paper. Always visible at your workplace.
On a todaylist you only write the tasks that you can do on this day. Nothing more, nothing less. It gives you overview, focus and peace.

A daily routine.
At a fixed time during the day, you take a new today list and write down the tasks you want to do.
This can be done in the morning, before you go to work. Or at the end of your day. This way, you end the day, have more rest in the evening and can start the next day right away.

A simple system.
Today you only have to work on the tasks you wrote down on your today list. The rest comes later and you don’t have to work on them today.
If you have done the task, put a check mark. If you don’t have to do the task anymore, put a cross. If you can’t do the task today, put an arrow and do it tomorrow.

Keep going. Day in, day out.
Only after 66 days does something become a routine. Make sure you keep up your ‘streak’. Have you done all the tasks on your today list by the end of the day? Your streak +1
Or you just don’t want to do something. Writing down ‘don’t read work email’ is also an option. If you haven’t done all the tasks – or secretly have done something – then your streak starts over again.

Visible at your workplace.
Your todaylist is always visible in the card holder at your workplace. This way you can see at a glance the tasks that are important to you today.
The new todaylists for the following days are at the back of the card holder. At the end of the day, you slide the used todaylist to the bottom of the pile.

A To-do list or a Todaylist.
To-do list
all tasks for weeks/months
no focus
dozens/hundreds of tasks
an endless list
unachievable in one day
no satisfaction at the end of the day
Todaylist
only tasks for today
focus on today
limited number of tasks
a clear list
achievable in one day
gives satisfaction at the end of the day

Addition to online apps.
A todaylist does not replace the online apps you may already be using. You can use them alongside Trello, Asana, Basecamp, or any other app or system.
A todaylist helps you focus on the most important tasks you want to do today. The rest of the tasks are online waiting for another day.

Doing less is more done.
By doing less, you get more done.
Better to do 6 tasks 100% than 12 tasks 50%.
By avoiding doing tasks halfway – and usually taking longer than necessary – you have more time for other things.

When ten just isn’t enough.
Only write down the really important tasks that you want to do in a day. Do only those tasks at first. It’s easy to write down too much and not do it.
Most people are not productivity ninjas and that’s okay. Keep your focus on the tasks that are important to you today, you’ll get distracted easily.

The costs and benefits.
A box of todaylists, enough for one month of daily use, costs ten euros.
Suppose you save one hour per day, five days per week. Then the todaylists can give you 20 extra hours per month. Do the math.

You’ll never run out.
With the flexible Todaylist subscription, you will never be without. Every three months, you will receive three boxes with new todaylists.
One box contains enough todaylists for an entire month. And a few extra. When the month is over, you can store the used todaylists back in the box.

The environment.
The todaylists and boxes are printed on PaperWise paper. The environmental impact of PaperWise is 47% lower than paper from trees and 29% lower than recycled paper.
If you want to throw away the todaylists and the box after use – which we can hardly imagine – they are fully recyclable.

Handmade in Europe.
The card holders are made in our workshop in the Netherlands. The oak comes directly from a sawmill where you can still see that the planks were once large trees. Then we saw, plane, mill, sand and varnish to make a finished Todaylist card holder.

Planting trees.
For every active Todaylist subscription, we will plant a tree every year. Together we make the world a little more beautiful. Trees are good for the environment and later we can make something beautiful out of it.
